General Info
Our box office is open seven days a week from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
General departures are typically at 11:00 AM, 1:00 PM, 3:00 PM, and 5:00 PM. Please check our online booking calendar for the most up-to-date daily availability.
We highly encourage advance reservations as seating is limited and our tours frequently sell out.
You will experience a splashdown into Biscayne Bay, but the passenger seating area is designed to keep you dry. You will not get soaked.
Casual, comfortable clothing suitable for the Miami weather is recommended.
Only ADA-recognized service animals are permitted on the tour.
Location, Parking & Tickets
Our ticket office is located at 1661 James Ave, Miami Beach, FL 33139.
Tours depart from the corner of Lincoln Road and James Ave, just around the corner from our ticket office.
We do not have our own parking facility. There are public parking garages and metered street parking available near Lincoln Road.
Restrictions & Policies
Our fully narrated tour is currently conducted in English only.
Yes, tours operate rain or shine. We only cancel in the event of heavy thunderstorms or unsafe marine conditions.
Yes. If the operator cancels the tour due to weather, you will receive a refund or the option to reschedule. Tickets are otherwise non-refundable but can be used as future credit.
Boarding requires climbing a small foldout step ladder. Unfortunately, a wheelchair ramp is unavailable.
No, passengers must remain on board for the duration of the 90-minute tour.
On-Board Accommodations
No, there is no restroom on the Duck vehicle. Please use facilities before boarding.
No, seating is general admission.
Yes, you may securely store luggage and strollers at our ticket office during your tour.
No food is served or allowed on the tour.
Small alcoholic beverages are permitted on board.
Infants & Children
Yes, the tour is safe and family-friendly for all ages.
Strollers and baby seats are not permitted on board due to space constraints, but they can be left at the ticket office.
Yes, United States Coast Guard regulations require every passenger, including infants, to be accounted for with a ticket. Infant tickets are $10.
