These Terms of Service govern the use of Duck Tours South Beach services and website. By reserving or participating in an experience, guests agree to these terms.
Tour Reservations and Payment
Reservations are subject to availability. Guests should arrive with enough time to check in before their scheduled departure. Tour prices, availability, and departure times may change and are confirmed at the time of reservation.
Weather and Operator Cancellations
Duck Tours South Beach tours generally operate rain or shine. Tours may be cancelled or changed when heavy thunderstorms or unsafe marine conditions make operation unsafe. If Duck Tours South Beach cancels a tour, guests will be offered the option to reschedule or receive the remedy provided at the time of booking.
Guest Participation and Accessibility
Guests must follow crew instructions and safety procedures while on the vehicle. Boarding requires climbing a small foldout step ladder. A wheelchair ramp is not available on the vehicle. Families traveling with infants and guests with access needs should review the FAQ or contact Duck Tours South Beach before booking.
Personal Belongings
Guests are responsible for their personal belongings. Luggage and strollers cannot be taken on the tour, but may be stored at the ticket office during the experience where available.
